目的 分析p5 3、p16、p2 1WAF1、c erbB 2在星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤分化和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化LSAB法对 42例星形细胞瘤中p5 3、p16、p2 1WAF1、c erbB 2的表达进行观察 ,对其中 2 5例有随访资料的肿瘤患者存活因素进行分析。结果 p5 3的表达与肿瘤分化和预后密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,高表达者预后差。p16、p2 1WAF1在分化好的星形细胞瘤中表达较强 ,预后较好 ;c erbB 2在分化差的星形细胞瘤中表达较强 ,预后差。结论 p5 3能客观反映肿瘤的增殖速度、分化和恶性程度 ,可以作为判断肿瘤预后有价值的参考指标。星形细胞瘤也存在p2 1WAF1、p16、c erbB 2基因异常 ,对分析肿瘤的形成和判断预后有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the expression of p53, p16, p2 1WAF1 and c erbB 2 in astrocytomas and their relationship with tumor differentiation and prognosis. Methods The expression of p53, p16, p2 1WAF1, and c erbB 2 in 42 astrocytomas was observed by immunohistochemical technique (LSAB). The survival factors of 25 patients with follow-up data were analyzed. Results The expression of p53 was closely related to tumor differentiation and prognosis (P < 0.01), and the prognosis of patients with high expression was poor. P16 and p2 1WAF1 are highly expressed in well-differentiated astrocytoma and have a good prognosis; c erbB 2 is strongly expressed in poorly differentiated astrocytomas and has a poor prognosis. Conclusion p53 can objectively reflect the proliferation rate, differentiation and malignancy of tumor, and it can be used as a valuable index to judge the prognosis of cancer. Astrocytomas also have abnormal p2 1WAF1, p16, and c erbB 2 genes, which are of value in the analysis of tumor formation and prognosis.
