本文主要分析了电线电缆的20摄氏度导体的最大电阻具体测量数学模型中的不确定度影响因素。在采取电流换向方法将一部分测量误差消除以后,通过数学统计的方法对测量过程之中重复测量所致不确定度的分量进行评估。同时通过仪器校准的证书之中信息与内插方法确定设备的不确定分量,再根据JJF1059对测量结果不确定度进行测量,并给出整体检测的报告。
This article mainly analyzes the influence factors of the uncertainty in the specific measurement mathematical model of the maximum resistance of a conductor of 20 degrees Celsius in wire and cable. After the current reversal method is used to eliminate a part of the measurement error, the component of the uncertainty caused by the repeated measurement in the measurement process is evaluated through mathematical statistics. At the same time through the instrument calibration information and interpolation method to determine the uncertainty of equipment components, and then measured according to JJF1059 measurement uncertainty, and gives the overall test report.
