2009年,某气田增压站位于增压机组前的一个增压机组储气罐的法兰连接处发生刺漏,由于泄漏位置特殊,若截断泄漏点上下游控制阀门,将影响增压站压缩机机组的运行。经过现场查看,发现是法兰垫片损坏造成天然气刺漏,因为增压站不能停产,所以当即只设立了安全警戒区域,但是仍然存在较大的火灾隐患。由于该储气罐是三台增压机组启动气、燃料气的汇合管线,如图1所示。根据现场的工艺流
