目的探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白CX32和NF-κB在肝细胞癌及其癌周组织中的表达和意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测48例HCC和12例正常肝组织中NF-κB和Cx32的表达情况。结果 Cx32蛋白表达定位于肝细胞胞浆和/(或)细胞膜,在HCC及正常肝组织中阳性率分别为37.50%、88.91%。Cx32在HCC中的表达明显低于正常肝组织的水平(P<0.01)。并与HCC分化程度相关;NF-κB在肝组织、HCC中的表达分别为21.34%、71.28%(P<0.05)。CX32和NF-κB在HCC中的表达呈负相关。结论 Cx32表达的缺失可能与HCC的发生有重要关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of connexin CX32 and NF-κB in hepatocellular carcinoma and its peritumoral tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB and Cx32 in 48 HCC cases and 12 normal liver tissues. Results The positive expression rate of Cx32 protein in hepatocellular cytoplasm and / or cell membrane was 37.50% and 88.91% respectively in HCC and normal liver tissues. The expression of Cx32 in HCC was significantly lower than that in normal liver tissue (P <0.01). The expression of NF-κB in liver and HCC was 21.34% and 71.28% (P <0.05), respectively. The expression of CX32 and NF-κB in HCC was negatively correlated. Conclusion The loss of Cx32 expression may play an important role in the development of HCC.
