目的:为合理利用鹿蹄橐吾提供一定依据,对鹿蹄橐吾进行多糖提取分离纯化。方法:鹿蹄橐吾经热水浸提,乙醇沉淀得粗多糖LW。此粗多糖经分离纯化得纯化多糖LW21。LW21经检测为纯多糖。用荧光法对鹿蹄橐吾多糖LW,LW21进行清除自由基活性的研究。结果:LW、LW21对羟自由基及超氧阴离子自由基具有明显的清除效果,且LW21对上述两种自由基的清除效果优于粗多糖LW。结论:从清除自由基活性实验可以证明鹿蹄橐吾水溶性多糖可作为抗衰老保健或药物在临床上使用,具有进一步开发生产的价值。鹿蹄橐吾多糖LW21是一新结构多糖,为首次从鹿蹄橐吾中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To provide some evidences for rational use of Deer Hoofuwu, polysaccharide extraction and purification of Deer Hoofuwuwu. Method: Deer hoof Wugao by hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation crude polysaccharide LW. The crude polysaccharide was isolated and purified to obtain purified polysaccharide LW21. LW21 was detected as pure polysaccharide. Study on the Free Radical Scavenging Activity of LW and LW21 from Ligus lucidum by Means of Fluorescence Method. Results: LW and LW21 had obvious scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical, and the scavenging effect of LW21 on these two free radicals was better than that of polysaccharide LW. Conclusion: From the experiment of free radical scavenging activity, it can be proved that the water-soluble polysaccharide of Dendrocalamus laevis can be used clinically as anti-aging medicine or medicine, which has the value of further development and production. Deer hoof Myrtle polysaccharide LW21 is a new structural polysaccharide, for the first time isolated from the Deer hoof Wagui.
