以SJA为探针,应用ABC免疫组化技术对24例胆囊癌、30例胆囊炎及30例胆囊结石的粘膜上皮细胞进行了研究观察。结果,单纯增生、非典型增生、胆囊癌细胞SJA结合的阳性率呈现逐渐下降,阳性强度明显减弱,SJA标记形式也不相同。在胆囊癌,阳性者主要是分化型腺癌,而低分化腺癌无1例阳性。反应出细胞形态学变化,胞膜表面糖蛋白的变异。非典型增生上皮细胞与癌细胞在标记阳性率的减少上无差异,提示这些病变有潜在的恶性可能。
Using SJA as a probe, ABC immunohistochemistry was used to study the mucosal epithelial cells in 24 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 30 cases of cholecystitis, and 30 cases of gallbladder stones. As a result, the positive rate of SJA binding in gallbladder cancer cells was gradually decreased, the positive intensity was significantly decreased, and the SJA markers were also different in the simple hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia, and gallbladder cancer cells. In gallbladder cancer, the positive is mainly differentiated adenocarcinoma, while the poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma is not positive. Reacts with cellular morphological changes and variability of membrane-surface glycoproteins. Atypical hyperplasia epithelial cells and cancer cells showed no difference in the reduction of the positive rate of markers, suggesting that these lesions have potential malignant potential.
