互花米草的疯长已带来严重的环境问题,厌氧发酵提供了一种资源化的解决途径。通过渗滤床高温、干式发酵互花米草,考察其产气特性;并通过元素分析、X-ray和FT-IR分析,考察干发酵及预处理对互花米草物化性质的影响。结果表明:60 d高温干发酵互花米草,累计产气量为280.9 mL/g VS(0℃);总TS与VS去除率分别为68.2%和70.1%;互花米草的纤维晶体为纤维素Ⅰ型,堆沤预处理和厌氧发酵没有改变纤维素的晶型,但是结晶指数降低了14.9%;由红外光谱分析得到:堆沤预处理使聚糖脱聚、纤维素分子内键氢键增强和木质素结构改变;发酵主要使多糖解聚和降解。
Spartina alterniflora has brought serious environmental problems and anaerobic fermentation provides a resourceful solution. The characteristics of gas production were investigated by high temperature and dry fermentation of Spartina alterniflora at infiltration bed. The effects of dry fermentation and pretreatment on the physicochemical properties of Spartina alterniflora were investigated by elemental analysis, X-ray and FT-IR analysis. The results showed that the total gas production was 280.9 mL / g VS (0 ℃) at 60 d, and the total TS and VS removal rates were 68.2% and 70.1% respectively. The fiber of Spartina alterniflora was fiber The type Ⅰ, pretreatment and anaerobic fermentation did not change the crystal form of cellulose, but the crystallinity index decreased by 14.9%. The results of FTIR analysis showed that pretreatment of reactor resulted in the de-aggregation of polysaccharide, Key enhancements and changes in lignin structure; fermentation mainly polysaccharide depolymerization and degradation.
