“两会”采访,我是第一次。我知道自己的任务不仅是采访,更要用我的眼睛去记录,用心去体会。“新阶层”的出现每年的政协会议开幕式会场里,总有些新面孔出现,悄悄折射着上海的进步和变化。前两年,外地驻沪企业代表第一次出现在列席座位上,反映出上海实施“走出去”战略的决心;后来,非公经济人士代表首次应邀在大会开幕式上亮相,体现了上海经济结构的发展变化。那么今年呢? 当我来到装饰一新的上海展览中心中央大厅,只见列席座位上又多出了许多新面孔。他们是回沪创业的海外留学人员代表、是跟着“上海热”的大潮来沪寻梦的台商代表、是展现上海开放程度的中外合资企业代表。他们被冠之为“新阶层”。 “Two sessions” interview, I was the first time. Emergence of “New Strata” Every year, at the opening ceremony of the CPPCC National Committee, there are always new faces appearing that silently reflect the progress and changes in Shanghai. For the first two years, the representatives of foreign-based enterprises in Shanghai appeared for the first time on their seats, reflecting Shanghai’s determination to implement the “going global” strategy. Later, representatives of non-public economy representatives were invited to the opening ceremony for the first time, reflecting the Shanghai economy Structural changes. So what happens this year? When I arrived at the newly renovated Central Hall of the Shanghai Exhibition Center, I saw many more new faces appearing in the seats. They are representatives of overseas students returning to work in Shanghai, representatives of Taiwanese businessmen who follow the tide of “Shanghai fever” and come to Shanghai to find their dreams, and representatives of Sino-foreign joint ventures that show the degree of opening up in Shanghai. They are called “new class.”
