通过实验方法 ,研究了内外双螺旋槽机械密封端面间的液膜压力和端面温升。液膜压力直接反映了密封端面的润滑状况 ,液膜压力开始随转速的增加而增大 ,当转速较大时 ,随转速的再增大而下降。正常运转时 ,端面温升很小。实验研究表明 ,螺旋槽机械密封能在保持零泄漏的同时 ,实现端面的非接触。
Through experimental methods, the liquid film pressure and temperature rise between the inner and outer double helical groove mechanical seals were studied. Liquid film pressure directly reflects the seal end surface lubrication conditions, the liquid film pressure began to increase with the increase of speed, when the speed is large, with the speed increase and then decrease. Normal operation, the end surface temperature rise is small. Experimental studies show that the spiral groove mechanical seal can maintain zero leakage at the same time, the non-contact end face.
