水泥混凝土环氧树脂沥青混合料桥面铺装是一种新型铺装形式。为了研究其受力特性的影响因素,通过建立水泥混凝土桥面环氧树脂沥青混合料薄层铺装三维模型,分析不同铺装层厚度、铺装层模量、粘结层厚度、粘结层模量、水平荷载这5个工况下,Von mises应力、最大拉应力和最大拉应变的变化情况,为水泥混凝土桥面环氧树脂沥青混合料薄层铺装层设计提供可参考的理论力学特性数据。结果表明,水平荷载对粘结层及铺装层的应力影响较大,其次为铺装层的模量与铺装层的厚度,为保证桥面铺装运营良好,应尽量增加铺装层模量,严格控制车辆的荷载,防止超载对粘结层及铺装层的破坏。
