装饰行业市场竞争日益激烈,市场逐步走向规范,这也意味着该行业的平均利润在降低。企业要想生存并取得较好的效益,将不得不持续地提高生产效率,降低成本水平。虽然成本的管理在企业各层面中均有需要改进的地方,然而运用现代管理方法,管理工具,提高管理水平,从管理中要效益,才是当前最行之有效的途径。同时当此信息化大潮中,许多企业开始应用计算机系统武装自己的团队,然而诸多中小型装饰企业在管理系统应用中不得要领,企业宝贵的信息及知识资源依然随着人员的流动,不断流失,企业缺乏知识积累,发展后劲不足。同时企业管理理论及方法也相对落后,导致计算机系统缺乏灵魂,难以为企业发展提供核心动力。如何应用信息化工具帮助企业建立企业信息及知识积累呢?本文以项目成本管理功能为例,建立信息化功能模型。其一是对原始数据的积累,保留过程的可追溯性。其二是对多方数据的综合应用。最终通过信息系统规范工作流程,减少重复劳动,实现信息实时共享,成果相互协作以及过程持续改进的管理目标。
