目的:研究鹿筋胶原对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组及鹿筋胶原高、中、低剂量组,采用维甲酸诱导大鼠骨质疏松的模型,观察经鹿筋胶原治疗前后大鼠体质量、骨质量、骨密度、骨组织形态计量学及血浆中磷、钙、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及骨力学指标的变化。结果:与模型组比较,经鹿筋胶原治疗后,维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠体质量、骨密度、骨质量均有不同程度的升高,骨组织形态计量学参数变化均有显著性差异,血浆中ALP显著降低,Ca、P含量升高,骨力学各指标显著升高。结论:鹿筋胶原对维甲酸诱导的大鼠骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of deer tendon collagen on rat osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and high, medium and low dose deer tendon collagen group. Retinoic acid was used to induce osteoporosis in rats. Quality, bone mass, bone mineral density, bone histomorphometry and plasma phosphorus, calcium, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and bone mechanics changes. Results: Compared with the model group, body weight, bone mineral density and bone mass of rats with osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid increased to some extent after treatment with deer tendon collagen, and the morphological parameters of bone tissue changed significantly Difference, ALP in plasma was significantly reduced, Ca, P increased, all indexes of bone mechanics increased significantly. Conclusion: Deer tendon collagen can prevent and treat rat osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
