建立了圆片刀超声切削Nomex蜂窝芯的三维有限元模型,研究刀具前角、刀具后角和刀片直径等刀具参数对进给力和切削温度的影响.研究结果表明:在圆片刀超声切削Nomex蜂窝芯过程中进给力随着刀具前角和刀片直径的增大而增大,随着刀具后角的增大而减小;切削温度随着刀具前角和刀具直径的增大而增大,随着刀具后角的增大而减小.
The three-dimensional finite element model of the Nomex honeycomb core was established by using the disc knife ultrasonic cutting.The effects of the tool parameters such as tool rake angle, tool clearance and blade diameter on the feed force and cutting temperature were studied.The results show that in the Nomex In the process of honeycomb core, the feed force increases with the increase of tool rake angle and blade diameter and decreases with the increase of tool clearance angle. The cutting temperature increases with the increase of tool rake angle and tool diameter, As the cutter angle increases and decreases.
