本文提出一个测定食品中铬铅镉的快速方法,样品用机械捣碎和超声波破碎制成悬浊液,用石墨炉原子吸收直接进样测定。方法简便,准确度和精密度较好,适用于普查和日常分析。实验部分一、主要仪器和工作参数: DS—1型高速组织捣碎机(上海标本模型厂),转速10,000~12,000转/分。 CSF—IA型超声波破碎机(上海超声波仪器厂),工作频率19.5千赫~22.5千赫,工作电流125mA~200mA。
In this paper, a rapid method for the determination of chromium, lead and cadmium in foods is proposed. The samples are prepared by mechanical and ultrasonic disintegration and are directly sampled by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple, accurate and precise, suitable for census and routine analysis. Experimental part First, the main equipment and working parameters: DS-1 high-speed tissue stamping machine (Shanghai specimen model factory), speed 10,000 to 12,000 rev / min.
