将网络DDF方法拓展到传统malmquist-luenberger指数中,构建了网络malmquist-luenberger生产率指数模型,从铁前和铁后工序两阶段视角测算了能源和环境约束下钢铁企业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)增长,并重点分析了河北钢铁大省的绿色全要素生产率变化.结果表明:样本期间内,河北省钢铁企业整体、铁前和铁后工序阶段年均GTFP呈下降趋势,且大于中、西部和全国钢铁企业GTFP均值,小于东部钢铁企业GTFP均值;铁前和铁后工序阶段技术进步指数负增长是整体GTFP下降的根本原因.因此,加强绿色技术创新与研发,推动绿色技术进步成为促进河北省钢铁产业发展的关键.
The network DDF method is extended to the traditional malmquist-luenberger index, and the network malmquist-luenberger productivity index model is constructed.
