作者从1981～1987年共收治新生儿破伤风13例全部治愈。其治疗措施为:(1)入院后,立即用10％水合氯醛1.5毫升灌肠一次,待抽搐停后,插入鼻饲管,以保证患儿热量及给药途径。(2)用双氧水清洗脐部,并用碘酒、酒精消毒脐部后,将TAT5000单位脐周封闭,然后将患儿置入避光、安静、空气流通的病室内,避免一切不必要的刺激。(3)青霉素针20万单位肌注,每日2次,用10～14天。(4)10％葡萄糖液100毫升加TAT15000～20000单位静点一次。(5)为防止新生儿自然出血,每天加注维生素K_1一
The author from 1981 to 1987 were treated neonatal tetanus in 13 cases were cured.
