全国《脂质过氧化与疾病专题》讨论会已于1987年6月17日在广州举行。该会围绕我国脂质过氧化的研究进展及其与疾病的关系进行了广泛,热烈的讨论。堪称我国医学史上基础与临床研究的一次盛会。本文拟就过氧化脂质与冠心病的关系评述如下: 一、缺血心肌的过氯化脂质代谢研究心肌氧自由基的来源很多,但在心肌缺血时主要有两方面:(1)Fridovich黄嘌吟——黄嘌呤氧化酶系统:心肌缺血时,ATP降解,产生大量次黄嘌呤,与此同时,细胞内黄嘌呤脱氢酶经Ca~(++)激活生成黄嘌呤氧化酶,后者氧化次黄嘌呤生成尿酸,同时产生大量超氧阴离子 [·O~-]·(2)心
