供电企业若想在当今这个快节奏的社会站稳脚跟,就必须改变自身的企业结构,以一种全新的经营模式作为自身的体系支撑,进而取得自身的革新与发展。而信息化是当今时代的主题和潮流,以之为基础并完善相关的基础设施建设有利于相关企业自身的转型以及信息化体系建设,而这种运行模式也是与当今时代的发展趋势相契合的。主要分析了信息化建设在电力客户优质服务同城同质化的实践活动,希望能对实践过程中不合理的地方提出一定的修改建议,以完善我国电力企业的发展规划。 If power supply enterprises are to gain a firm foothold in this fast-paced society today, they must change their own corporate structure and adopt a brand new business model as their own system support to gain their own innovation and development. Informationization is the theme and trend of today’s era. Based on it and improving related infrastructure construction, it is in favor of the transformation of enterprises and the construction of information system. And this mode of operation is also in line with the development trend of the present era . This paper mainly analyzes the practice of informatization construction in the same city with the quality service of electric power customers and hopes to put forward some suggestions for modification to the unreasonable place in the practice so as to perfect the development planning of power enterprises in our country.
