文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对高校运动队训练进行调查研究,发现高校运动队利用“软梯训练”比较少见,软梯训练是一套新颖的、高效的训练方法,适合各项运动的训练,因此,推广“软梯训练”在高校运动队训练中起着十分关键性的作用,对提高运动员身体素质的全面发展具有十分重要的意义。
