接受杂志社邀请作为嘉宾主持“案例研析”网络研讨,经过多次与杂志社沟通,最终将研讨题目确定为“如何运用自我效能理论激发学生运动参与动机”。回顾当初选题思路有三:其一,包括体育教师在内的中小学教师,应当自觉应用理论指导教学,而不能仅靠经验摸索。同时,一线教师能够通过生动鲜活的教学实践检验已有理论,发现其存在的缺憾与不足,进而完善和发展理论。自觉理论指导和教学反思的缺失,是影响体育教师专业发展的重要因
