从基本建成小康到全面建设小康,远程教育的社会功能得到充分凸现和创新,即从服务经济转型、四个面向、重心下降等,转向服务社会转型,打破教育壁垒,增加教育准入功能,推动社会成员向中间阶层流动,服务大多数社会成员,培育橄榄型社会结构,并提供理论和操作系统,突出了教育公平多元论中的大众化价值取向。这些构成了远程教育的教育社会学理论。
From building a well-to-do society to building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, the social function of distance education has been fully highlighted and innovated. That is, from the four aspects of service economy transformation and the declining center of gravity, the social functions of distance education have shifted to serving the social transformation, breaking education barriers and increasing education access functions Social members flow to the middle class, serve most social members, cultivate an olive-based social structure and provide theoretical and operational systems, highlighting the popular value orientation in educational equity pluralism. These constitute the educational sociology theory of distance education.
