以某特大桥为工程背景,研究悬浇连续梁桥施工监控的关键技术,探讨了施工过程中影响梁体线形的主要因素。结果表明:温度和预应力效应对梁体线形影响显著。温差越大,悬臂长度越长,梁体标高变化越大。预应力张拉后梁体实测上拱量较理论预测明显偏小,两者比值主要集中在0.6~0.8;同时,先拆除临时固结后合龙中跨往往会导致中跨线形下挠明显,特殊情况下易出现不可控现象,对主跨100m以上的连续梁线形控制较不利。
Taking a super large bridge as the engineering background, the key technology of construction monitoring of cantilever continuous girder bridge is studied, and the main factors that affect the linear shape of the girder are discussed. The results show that the effect of temperature and prestressing on the beam shape is significant. The greater the temperature difference, the longer the cantilever length, the greater the elevation of the beam body changes.
