用圆柱螺旋压紧弹簧的离合器,随着摩擦副在使用中的磨损,离合器的压紧力和储备系数亦相应降低。碟形弹簧压紧力与变形量间的变化具有良好的特性,它可以改善摩擦性能和减小分离离合器的操纵功。 最广泛采用带缺口碟形弹簧的结构示于图1,它与一般不带缺口碟形弹簧相比具有较好的柔性,并在相同的条件下允许增加摩擦副的磨损值而不降低弹簧的压紧力。然而用于离合器上的这种压紧弹簧还缺乏工程上的计算方法,给设计工作带来了困难。现有一般碟形弹簧的计算公式是经过修正的,它不适用于带缺口碟形弹簧的计算。
