These research results show that emotional factors have an important impact on the psychological process and behavior of people. In particular, criminal psychology conducted an in-depth study on the influence of emotional factors on the implementation of criminal acts. However, there is little discussion about the emotional factors in the circle of criminal law scholars. In recent years, although some scholars have put forward their own views on the existence of emotional factors in the theory of sin, they have not drawn the attention of academic circles.
