基于实际工况对液压泵进行耐久性台架试验是提高液压泵可靠性的有效试验手段。对液压泵工作载荷进行分析,同时分别考虑液压泵内部的固定部件和旋转部件,得到一种获得等效损伤载荷谱的方法,并采用极值统计方法对时域载荷信号进行外推,获得更长工作时间内的载荷谱。结论认为应用等效冲击载荷谱可以简化液压泵的台架试验,有利于液压泵可靠性的提高。
Based on the actual conditions of the hydraulic pump durability bench test is to improve the reliability of the hydraulic pump an effective means of testing. The working load of the hydraulic pump is analyzed. At the same time, the fixed components and the rotating components inside the hydraulic pump are considered respectively.
