采用卫生学调查、检查表法、检测分析、定量分级相结合的方法对某密封式铅蓄电池装配整改项目进行现状评价。主要职业病危害因素有铅尘(烟)、二氧化锡、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、正己烷、氢氧化钠、硫酸等。检测显示入槽作业岗位铅尘CTWA和烧焊、装模作业岗位LEX,8 h不符合职业接触限值要求。组装区叠片、烧焊、装模、入槽岗位为职业病危害因素关键控制点。该项目为职业危害严重项目,职业病防护效果基本符合职业卫生相关要求。
The status quo of the sealed lead acid battery assembly rectification project was evaluated by the methods of hygiene investigation, check list method, detection analysis and quantitative classification. The main occupational hazards are lead dust (smoke), tin dioxide, ethyl acetate, acetone, benzene, toluene, xylene, 1,2-dichloroethane, n-hexane, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and so on. The test showed that lead-dust CTWA into welding operation and welding and molding operation LEX, 8 h did not meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits. Assembly area laminations, welding, mold, into the slot positions for occupational hazards key control points. The project is a serious occupational hazard project, the effect of occupational disease protection basically meets the relevant requirements of occupational health.
