采用腹膜透析(PD)治疗小儿急性肾衰(ARF)32例的临床观察,结果显示小儿ARF治疗率达68.7％;病死率占31.3％,并对小儿ARF影响预后的因素,腹透的并发症的防治进行了讨论。
