移植静脉再狭窄动物模型的建立对探索移植静脉术后再狭窄的发病机制、研发防治药物靶点和研究治疗策略有重要意义。近年来随着分子生物学技术的发展和对桥血管狭窄发病机制研究的深入,使得基因治疗用于防治移植静脉术后再狭窄成为可能。该文介绍常用的几种移植静脉再狭窄动物模型的特点和造模方法。
The establishment of an animal model of vein graft resuscitation is of great significance for exploring the pathogenesis of restenosis after grafting, research and development of drug targets and research and treatment strategies. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology techniques and the research on the pathogenesis of bridging vascular stenosis, it is possible to use gene therapy for the prevention and treatment of restenosis after transplantation. This article describes the characteristics and modeling methods of several commonly used vein graft restenosis animal models.
