在现代化生产技术中广泛使用着程序控制的气路系统。其中繁简不一,当程序较多时,设计工作就比较复杂,用经验和试探的办法十分麻烦。本文在学习和参阅资料的基础上,运用逻辑推理和数学中求公因子的基本概念,将程序气路系统存在的客观规律加以归纳后提出了一种较简便可行的设计方法。此法适用于全气控程序气路系统的设计,对于全液控程序控制系统的设计,亦有一定参考意义。
In the modern production technology widely used program-controlled gas system. Which is different, when the program is more, the design work is more complex, with experience and temptation is very troublesome. On the basis of learning and referring to the material, this paper presents a simple and feasible design method by using the logical reasoning and the basic concepts of finding common factors in mathematics, summarizing the objective laws existing in the process gas system. This method is suitable for the design of gas control system of pneumatic control system. It also has certain reference meaning for the design of full hydraulic control system.
