目的:以内毒素攻击肝组织,造成肝损伤家兔模型,探讨二十五味松石丸对家兔内毒素性肝损伤的影响,并观察家兔肝脏组织形态学变化。方法:将30只家兔随机分为5组,分别为模型组,二十五味松石丸高、中、低剂量组(0.5,0.167,0.06 g·kg~(-1)),地塞米松组(0.005 g·kg~(-1)),每组6只,每日ig给药1次,连续5 d,模型组和地塞米松组分别以等量生理盐水ig,在第5天灌药前分别用内毒素攻击预先ig的家兔,比较各组家兔于造模12 h内的死亡情况,检测各组家兔体温、血常规以及肝功能情况,并采用苏木素-伊红(HE)观察各组家兔肝脏组织病理学变化。结果:二十五味松石丸高剂量能降低内毒素血症家兔血清总胆红素及丙氨酸氨基转移酶,肝脏病理损伤明显减轻,二十五味松石丸低剂量能降低内毒素血症家兔血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶以及血液白细胞总数,与模型组比较均具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:二十位味松石丸对家兔内毒素性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of TSTGTT on endotoxic liver injury in rabbits and to observe the morphological changes of liver in rabbits. Conclusion: Twenty Turquoise Pills have a protective effect on endotoxic liver injury in rabbits.
