根据白云鄂博主东矿中贫氧化矿矿石特性和主要矿物的物理、化学性质,经过大量的试验研究,制定了弱磁—强磁—浮选综合回收铁、稀土的选矿新工艺流程。各种类型的中贫氧化矿的不同规模的选矿试验,均取得良好的经济技术指标,表明该工艺流程的适应性强。文中还阐明了采用合理的强磁选聚磁介质实现矿物分组的极端重要性。
According to the characteristics of the lean-oxidized ores and the physical and chemical properties of the main minerals in the main ore deposit of Bayan Obo, a lot of experimental studies have been carried out to develop a new beneficiation process for the comprehensive recovery of iron and rare earth by weak magnetic-strong magnetic-flotation. Various types of lean oxide ore beneficiation test of different sizes, have achieved good economic and technical indicators, indicating that the process adaptability. The article also clarified the extreme importance of using reasonable strong magnetic separation of the magnetic separation of the mineral grouping.
