目的 :探讨水杨酸钠耳毒性的发生机制。方法 :采用硝酸镧作为示踪剂电镜下观察正常对照组与水杨酸钠组内耳基底膜螺旋血管、血管纹和内淋巴囊毛细血管的血管通透性。结果 :正常对照组基底膜内、外螺旋血管、血管纹毛细血管不具有通透性 ,正常内淋巴囊毛细血管具有一定通透性。水杨酸钠耳毒性发生时上述血管的通透性均增强。结论 :水杨酸钠可使内耳血管通透性发生改变 ,这可能参与了水杨酸钠耳毒性的发生。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of sodium salicylate ototoxicity. Methods: Lanthanum nitrate was used as a tracer to observe the vascular permeability of the spiral membrane, blood vessel pattern and lymphatic capillaries in the basement membrane of the inner ear of normal control group and sodium salicylate group under electron microscope. Results: The normal control group, the basilar membrane, the outer spiral blood vessels, capillary blood capillary capillary permeability is not normal lymphatic capillaries have a certain permeability. Sodium salicylate ototoxicity occurs when the vascular permeability increased. Conclusion: Sodium salicylate can change the vascular permeability of the inner ear, which may be involved in the occurrence of sodium salicylate ototoxicity.
