合成端异氰酸酯聚醚 (ITPE) ,使其在不同条件下与环氧树脂 (ER)进行反应 ,得到分子链中含氨基甲酸酯和口恶唑烷酮结构的环氧树脂预反应物 ,考察了聚醚种类、相对分子质量和用量及固化条件对改性环氧胶胶接件拉伸剪切强度和浇铸件断裂韧性的影响 ,并以扫描电镜观察断面形貌
The terminal polyisocyanate (ITPE) was synthesized and reacted with epoxy resin (ER) under different conditions to obtain epoxy prepolymer with urethane and oxazolidinone structure in the molecular chain. The effects of polyether type, molecular weight, amount and curing conditions on the tensile strength and the fracture toughness of the epoxy adhesive were investigated.
