目的;为临床影像学和眼科学提供断层解剖学依据。方法:在20个防腐固定的头部连续冠状断面上,观察眶内各间隙主要是肌锥内间隙的境界、内容及毗邻。结果:肌锥是由四直肌及其服间隙所组成。肌锥内间隙的面积在断面 3、4、5和 6上,分别为 1. 6 cm~2、2. 1cm~2、3. 4 cm~2和 4. 3 cm~2。四直肌的宽和厚在断面 3上最小,而在断面 5上最大。结论:肌锥内间隙为眶内一个重要的外科间隙,无论对麻醉还是手术定位均有重要意义。
Objectives; To provide tomographic anatomy for clinical imaging and ophthalmology. Methods: In 20 anticorrosive and fixed head continuous coronal sections, observe the realm, content and contiguity of interspaces in the orbital cavity. Results: Muscle cone is composed of four rectus muscle and its service gap. The area of the muscle cone gap is 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively. 6 cm ~ 2,2. 1cm ~ 2,3. 4 cm ~ 2 and 4. 3 cm ~ 2. The width and thickness of the rectus quadrangle 3 is the smallest in section 3 and the largest in section 5. CONCLUSIONS: The intramedullary space is an important intraorbital surgical gap, which is of great importance both for anesthesia and surgical localization.
