将盐膏层作为线性Maxwell流体 ,建立了平面应变问题的粘弹性力学模型 ,实测了江汉油田王 80 3井不同时段内的井径变化。借助模型辨识理论及运用有限元方法 ,研究了盐膏层蠕变与时间的关系、套管在均匀及非均匀载荷作用下的应力分布、套管制造缺陷 (不圆、不匀度 )对套管应力的影响以及水泥环对套管的保护作用等 ,所得结果为工程实际应用提供了定量的参考依据 ,具有很好的推广应用价值。
Using the salt layer as a linear Maxwell fluid, a viscoelastic mechanical model of plane strain problem was established. The variation of well diameter in Wang 80 3 well of Jianghan Oilfield was measured. With the help of model identification theory and finite element method, the relation between creep of salt paste layer and time, the stress distribution of casing under uniform and non-uniform load, the manufacturing defect of casing (non-roundness and unevenness) The influence of the pipe stress and the protective effect of the cement ring on the casing. The obtained results provide a quantitative reference for the practical application of the project and have good popularization and application value.
