Since the 1980s, the research on corporate culture has attracted the widespread interest of organizational psychologists. Corporate culture usually refers to a set of value systems or basic beliefs that are common to members of an organization. It manifests itself in various aspects of codes of conduct, modes of action, dressing, workplace arrangements, ceremonial ceremonies and work products. A company’s corporate culture is usually dealt with internally
