目的:运用微波提取法优选从红花中提取红花黄色素的最佳工艺。方法:采用单因素实验法和正交设计法,考察固-液比、微波功率和微波提取时间等因素对红花黄色素提取转移率的影响,以及运用微波提取法优选红花黄色素提取的工艺,并与传统的温浸提取法作比较;用紫外分光光度计测定其含量。结果:用微波辅助提取红花黄色素的最佳工艺条件:浸泡30min,加20倍水,微波功率为600W,提取1min,提取两次。结论:该法与传统温浸法相比,用微波水提取红花黄色素缩短了提取时间,降低了提取成本,并具有较好的提取转移率,有推广价值。
Objective: To optimize the process of extracting safflower yellow pigment from safflower by microwave extraction. Methods: The effects of solid-liquid ratio, microwave power and microwave extraction time on the extraction and transfer rate of safflower yellow pigment were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal design. The extraction of safflower yellow pigment by microwave extraction was optimized Process, and compared with the traditional warm-dip extraction method; with UV spectrophotometer to determine its content. Results: The optimal extraction conditions for safflower yellow pigment were as follows: soak 30min, add 20 times water, microwave power 600W, extract for 1min and extract twice. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional method of warm-dipping, this method can reduce the extraction time, reduce the extraction cost, and have a better extraction and transfer rate, which has the promotion value.
