为探讨肿瘤的早期诊断,本文对原发性肝癌(PHC)与肝硬化、肝炎等非癌性肝病以及部分健康人进行了AFP、AFU、GGT、β—GCD及Fer五项指标的检测。结果表明,PHC病人血清中AFP、AFU、GGT、β—GCD及Fer含量均显著高于健康对照纽(u=7.0~65.0,P<0.001),与其它非癌性肝病相比亦有显著性差异(u=2.7~4.9,P<0.01~0.001)。同时多项指标联合检测PHC可明显提高其灵敏度,各组合指标的灵敏度随联合项目的增加逐步提高,而特异度和阳性预测值且随联合项目的增多逐步下降。
In order to explore the early diagnosis of tumors, the five indicators of AFP, AFU, GGT, β-GCD and Fer were detected in primary liver cancer (PHC), non-cancerous liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis and hepatitis, and some healthy individuals. The results showed that the levels of AFP, AFU, GGT, β-GCD and Fer in serum of PHC patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (u=7.0 to 65.0, P<0.001), and they were also significant compared with other non-cancerous liver diseases. Difference (u=2.7 to 4.9, P<0.01 to 0.001). At the same time, the combined detection of multiple indicators can significantly increase the sensitivity of PHC, and the sensitivity of each combination index increases gradually with the increase of joint projects, while the specificity and positive predictive value decrease gradually with the increase of joint projects.
