将正交设计用于增压柴油机的模拟计算,为柴油机的性能预测和优化开辟一条新的捷径。为了既不漏掉某些重要因素和有利水平的影响,又能迅速找出最佳方案,进行了三重正交表计算。同时并考察了各因素对柴油机性能的影响规律,以及各因素之间的交互作用。此外,还以四种喷油压力调整试验所对应的四个燃烧持续期为水平,进行了局部调整参数的模拟计算。通过比较,计算值与实测值基本吻合,证明了正交设计模拟计算得出的结论具有实际意义,正交设计应用于模拟计算是寻求最佳方案的可行办法和捷径。
The orthogonal design is used to simulate the turbocharged diesel engine, which opens up a new shortcut for the performance prediction and optimization of the diesel engine. In order not to miss some important factors and the impact of the favorable level, but also quickly find the best solution for the triple orthogonal table. At the same time, the influence of various factors on diesel engine performance and the interaction between various factors were also investigated. In addition, the four combustion durations corresponding to the four injection pressure adjustment tests were also simulated, and the local adjustment parameters were simulated. By comparison, the calculated value is basically consistent with the measured value, which proves that the conclusion drawn by the orthogonal design simulation is of practical significance. The orthogonal design applied to the simulation calculation is a feasible way and a shortcut to seek the best solution.
