韩国市场对我国国内企业有着很大的吸引力。中韩两国自1992年建交以来,双边贸易迅猛发展,但在经贸交往中,企业之间的合同纠纷时有发生。究其原因,主要是双方文化沟通的缺乏、商务风格的不同、合同条款不严密、资信和市场调查欠缺等。所以,我国企业在开拓韩国市场时,必须要事先了解韩国、韩国人和韩国文化,了解韩国经济的发展状况,熟悉韩国人的商务习惯和风格,做好客户资信调查,严格合同条件,掌握风险的防范与处理方法。
