有效教学是一线教师普遍关注的战略性问题。随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的不断深入,新《课标》教材的实施,特别是有效教学的不断尝试和实践,对教师的专业素养提出了更高要求,实践经验告诉我们,教师专业素养的高低直接影响到有效教学的质量。因此,努力提升自身的专业素养迫在眉睫。把教师队伍建设的问题摆在战略的高度,抓住提高教师素质,服务教学核心,研究教师信息素养与学科教学能力发展的研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。
