Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of vacuum peeling system in minimally invasive surgery of breast surgery. Methods: Eighty-two patients with breast cancer admitted from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases. The patients in the observation group and the control group were treated by vacuum peeling system Conventional resection was performed to compare intraoperative blood loss, incision length, operation time, incision healing time and complication of the two groups. Results: The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and incision healing time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incision length of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P <0.05). After the operation, the two groups of patients were followed up for three months. After follow-up, the incisions of both groups healed well and no serious complication and recurrence occurred. Conclusion: Minimally invasive surgery in breast surgery using vacuum peeling system for treatment, safe and reliable, can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the incision length, operation time and wound healing time, reduce postoperative complications.
