目的探讨环氧合酶(COX)-2在内毒素致大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)中的变化及意义。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和ALI模型组(n=20),采用LPS气管滴注法制备ALI模型。建立模型6h后,处死大鼠,采用ELISA试剂盒分别检测血清及肺组织中COX-2活性。结果与正常对照组相比,ALI模型组大鼠血清和肺COX-2活性均显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2可能参与了急性肺损伤的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of cyclooxygenase (COX) -2 in acute lung injury induced by endotoxin in rats. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and ALI model group (n = 20). ALI model was induced by LPS tracheal instillation. After establishing the model for 6 hours, rats were sacrificed and the activity of COX-2 in serum and lung tissue was detected by ELISA kit. Results Compared with the normal control group, the activity of COX-2 in serum and lung of ALI model group was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion COX-2 may be involved in the pathological process of acute lung injury.
