目的观察急性低压缺氧/再给氧不同时间大鼠主要脏器和血液脂质过氧化反应的动态变化规律。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组置于低压舱内,模拟海拔9000 m,缺氧30 min,观察出舱后不同时间大鼠主要脏器和血液脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化。结果急性低压缺氧后,大鼠脑、心、肺MDA含量明显升高,GSH-PX活性代偿性升高,脑、心和肺SOD活性明显下降,但均在再给氧后1 h左右恢复正常。结论模拟海拔9000 m,缺氧30 min,可造成机体脑、心、肺等脏器的过氧化损伤,但再给氧后,很快恢复到正常水平。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of lipid peroxidation in major organs and blood of rats with acute hypobaric hypoxia / reoxygenation at different time points. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was placed in the low-pressure cabin, the simulated altitude was 9000 m and the anoxia was 30 min.
