目的:探讨支配脑血管的血管活性肠肽(VIP)样神经纤维在脑缺血中的作用。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶脑缺血模型采用免疫组化法动态观察SD大鼠局灶脑缺血后大脑中动脉VIP样神经纤维的变化。结果:缺血侧大脑中动脉近端单位面积的神经纤维数目,在缺血后24h开始减少,1周时恢复正常,2~4周高于正常,5周时又恢复正常。结论:支配脑血管的VIP样神经纤维可能参与脑缺血这一病理生理过程。
Objective: To investigate the role of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)-like nerve fibers that dominate cerebral blood vessels in cerebral ischemia. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was established by thread occlusion. The changes of VIP-like nerve fibers in the middle cerebral artery were observed by immunohistochemical method after focal cerebral ischemia in SD rats. Results: The number of nerve fibers per unit area of the proximal middle cerebral artery of ischemic side decreased at 24h after ischemia, returned to normal at 1 week, was higher than normal at 2 ~ 4 weeks and returned to normal at 5 weeks. Conclusion: VIP-like nerve fibers that dominate cerebrovascular may be involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia.
