目的调查福州市鼓楼区A小区登革热暴发疫情发生的流行强度及可能传播方式,为进一步开展登革热防控提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查的方法调查每一例病例;制定病例定义开展病例搜索,采集病人的血清检测登革病毒抗原、核酸或抗体;监测小区及周边白纹伊蚊的布雷图指数。结果此次疫情为一起I型登革热病毒引起的暴发疫情,共计发现20例病例,罹患率为0.32%,疫情持续时间17d。结论此次疫情为福州市鼓楼区首起登革热暴发疫情,疫情防控措施得力,未发生续发病例和疫情蔓延。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and possible transmission of dengue fever outbreak in district A of Drum Tower in Gulou District of Fuzhou and provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods The cases were investigated by field epidemiological investigation. The cases were defined to carry out case searching. The serum of patients was collected to detect dengue virus antigens, nucleic acids or antibodies. The Bret Index of community and surrounding Aedes albopictus was monitored. Results The outbreak was a type I dengue virus outbreak. A total of 20 cases were found with an attack rate of 0.32% and an outbreak duration of 17 days. Conclusion The outbreak was the first outbreak of Dengue Fever in Gulou District of Fuzhou City. The outbreak prevention and control measures were effective. No recurrence cases and spread of epidemic situation occurred.
