环氧树脂具有良好的粘结性能,而且机械强度高、固化快、收缩小、化学稳定性好。因此,近年来在土木建筑工程中的应用越来越广泛。现在采用环氧树脂粘结的构件或部件有许多已用于有重复载荷作用的地方。目前,对于环氧树脂在重复载荷作用下的物理力学性能还了解得很少。为适应当前日益广泛应用的需要,本文对环氧砂浆粘结疲劳性能的特点加以介绍。关于粘结强度的疲劳性能试验,目前还没有一个统一的方法,我们的试验是采用由环氧砂浆将钢棒粘结在钢管内而做成的试
Epoxy resin has good adhesive properties, high mechanical strength, fast cure, small shrinkage, and good chemical stability. Therefore, the application in civil engineering projects has become more and more widespread in recent years. Many parts or components that are now epoxy bonded have been used where repetitive loads are applied. At present, little is known about the physical and mechanical properties of epoxy resins under repeated loading. In order to meet the needs of the increasingly widely used, this paper introduces the characteristics of the adhesive fatigue performance of epoxy mortar. There is no uniform method for the fatigue strength test of the bond strength. Our test is made by using epoxy mortar to bond the steel rod in the steel tube.
