在中国经济转型的过程中,劳动关系发生了巨大的变化,劳动关系更为直接和对立,劳资纠纷日益常态化。本文以劳动争议案件作为代表劳动关系状况的一个综合性指标,考察了各省区之间劳动争议案件发生数量和频率的显著差异,并利用省际面板数据,对劳动争议案件的主要影响因素进行了定量分析,发现劳动争议案件发生的数量和频率与经济转型程度及经济发展水平呈显著的正相关关系,各省之间在经济转型、经济发展、劳动力市场状况等方面的差距能够解释劳动争议案件的省际差异。
In the process of China’s economic restructuring, labor relations have undergone tremendous changes. Labor relations are more direct and contradictory. Labor disputes are becoming more and more normalized. Taking labor disputes as a comprehensive indicator of labor relations, this paper examines the significant differences in the number and frequency of labor disputes among provinces and regions and makes use of inter-provincial panel data to analyze the main influencing factors in labor dispute cases Quantitative analysis found that the number and frequency of labor dispute cases were significantly and positively correlated with the degree of economic restructuring and economic development level. The disparities between provinces in economic restructuring, economic development, labor market conditions and other aspects could explain the labor dispute cases Provincial differences.
