复方天棘胶囊为藏药复方制剂，本文采用给小鼠灌服复方天棘胶囊溶液后观察其毒性反应和死亡情况。实验结果表明，复方天棘胶囊对小鼠的最大耐受量为３５ｇ（胶囊）／ｋｇ体重，此剂量相当于临床成年人拟日服剂量的８７５倍，未出现任何毒性反应及死亡现象。说明复方天棘胶囊口服安全、毒性低。可以用于临床验证使用。 Compound Thorn capsule is a compound preparation of Tibetan medicine. In this article, the mice were fed with compound Thorn capsule solution and their toxicity and death were observed. The experimental results show that the maximum tolerance of the compound Tian-Jian capsules to mice is 35 g (capsules)/kg body weight. This dose is equivalent to 875 times the dose expected by adults in clinical practice, and no toxic reactions and deaths have occurred. It shows that compound Tianjian capsules have low oral safety and toxicity. Can be used for clinical verification.
