应用显微荧光分光光度技术,研究试管内无细胞毒性浓度的亚硒酸钠对Raji细胞株EB病毒核抗原(EBNA)表达的影响,以及抑制EB病毒转化人脐血B淋巴细胞(BL)的作用。结果表明0.01~0.1μg/ml亚硒酸钠使Raji细胞的EBNA荧光分光光度值降低8.4%~21.8%。0.1~1.0μg/ml亚硒酸钠预处理和共同作用均能明显抑制EB病毒转化人脐血BL,抑制率分别为73.4%~92.1%和60.3%~71.2%。结果提示,在EB病毒基因表达活跃的人群和鼻咽癌病人中,适量补硒可能有助于鼻咽癌和与EB病毒相关疾病的预防和治疗。
To study the effect of selenite without cytotoxicity on the expression of Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen (EBNA) in Raji cell line and the inhibition of Epstein-Barr virus (EB) transfection into human cord blood B lymphocytes (BL) by fluorescence spectrophotometry effect. The results showed that 0.01 ~ 0.1μg / ml sodium selenite decreased the fluorescence intensity of EBNA in Raji cells by 8.4% ~ 21.8%. Pretreatment with 0.1 ~ 1.0μg / ml sodium selenite and its synergistic effect could significantly inhibit the transformation of Epstein-Barr virus into human umbilical cord blood, with the inhibition rates of 73.4% -92.1% and 60.3% -71 .2%. The results suggest that in patients with EBV gene expression is active and nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, adequate selenium may contribute to the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and EB virus-related diseases.
